Dear participants,
Concerning the agenda of the Conference we decided to provide you with the general framework and present the scope of topics that we consider interesting to all of us, because we want this Conference to be useful to all of us. Therefore we invite you to contribute to that by choosing from the topics offered below and giving your suggestions.
We recommend you to choose three topics from the six topics offered below for our constructive discussion.
1. Cross border aspect of data transfer, protection measures in personal data processing in different countries;
2. “Big data” and merging of registers (data bases);
3. Data processing in the field of employment - different types of control of employees;
4. Collection and processing of biometric data;
5. Processing of sensitive personal data by health institutions and insurance companies;
6. Video surveillance in public and private sector.
All of these topics will be discussed from the point of view of state legislation, implementation experience, and suggestions for improvement.
Please deliver your choice of topics from the list or the topics which are not given in the list that you would like to discuss at CEEDPA in Sarajevo (three at the most). All your suggestions are welcome. We also kindly ask you to
send to us the title of your presentation together with your suggested topics and the name of the presenter by 14th March at the latest to ceedpa-bih@azlp.gov.ba or azlpinfo@azlp.gov.ba
